  4.  ║     SETC10 and SC10 are a couple of simple, easy to use utilities for      ║
  5.  ║     changing the Foreground, Background and Border colors on your VGA      ║
  6.  ║     screen.  Why were they written?  After all, there are oodles of        ║
  7.  ║     'set color' programs on most BBS'.  True.  First, I wrote these        ║
  8.  ║     programs because they were suitable for checking out some Turbo        ║
  9.  ║     Pascal 5.5 and 6.0 features I was interested in.  Second, it gave      ║
  10.  ║     me a quick and easy means to experiment with the aesthetics of         ║
  11.  ║     colors in screen design.  I guess, I have seen one too many screens    ║
  12.  ║     with cyan foreground on brown with pink borders.                       ║
  13.  ║                                                                            ║
